1. Acceptance

By registering for or using Cliamo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of Service

Cliamo is a church management platform operated by Sweepix Limited and provided exclusively for use by authorised church administrators and members. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@cliamo.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Church administrators are responsible for ensuring that member data they input into the Service is handled in compliance with applicable data protection law.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or any system or network connected to the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) or to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
• Misuse member data — including sharing, selling, or disclosing it to third parties without proper authorisation.
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time through the in-app settings under Account → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweepix Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim or £100.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification or by email. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect when the terms were last updated.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
